I apologize for the bad quality of this photo.
This was taken using my cell phone.

This photo was taken and sent to me by my sister, Wees.
Don’t you just LOVE it?

We’re going to hike to the top of that mountain this fall!

Eastern Montana
FINALLY!!
After years of trying, I was able to capture some lightning with my camera!
These aren’t professional quality, but I’m happy to know that I finally got some
cool voltage shots!
(Obviously we were parked on the side of the highway!)

West Thumb Geyser Basin
overlooking Yellowstone Lake.
The lake is still in the process of thawing
and was as smooth as glass.
I don’t know that I’ve ever seen the water so still.
This was taken in what I call ‘Bozeman Canyon'.
It is the road between Bozeman Montana and Norris Montana.
It was hard concentrating on the road,
the skies were so beautiful.

(My apologies for neglecting this blog for so long.
Winter is a hard time for catching interesting cloud photos.
But now that there is a change in the weather,
I know there will be good things in the skies.)
Dayton, Ohio
October 2011
Submitted by my sister for her friend and co-worker that took this picture outside of his office.
He would like to be credited as the
Handsome Anonymous Guy
that took this picture.
Seriously, there are times I wish I could live in the Midwest.
They get some amazing weather/clouds.
Since I don’t live there, I’m grateful for the wonderful people who are willing to take photos of the skies
and share them.
The Coast Line in Massachusetts
Another beautiful photo taken by my sister, Christina, on
her trip to Boston in October.
Walden’s Pond
At Walden Pond State Reservation in Massachusetts
October 2011
Taken by my sister, Christina, using her iPhone.
I can’t think of a more perfect place to be than this pond at this particular time.
Thoreau’s world appears perfect from this vantage point.
